We do post-construction and post-renovation cleaning in LA County. Rough cleans mid-build, final punch-list cleans before handover, touch-ups after the trades come back, and deep cleans on occupied renovations. We do not do weekly janitorial, and we will point you elsewhere if that is what you need.
Who we work with
General contractors and supers with an inspection date. Builders and developers turning finished units. Property managers handing a space to the next tenant. Homeowners at the end of a renovation, though the schedule tends to favor whoever booked first.
Every one of them is working to a date somebody else set. Give us the date and we work backward from it.
The guarantee
A lead walks the site with your rep before the truck leaves, and anything you flag gets corrected then. If you find something after, call within 48 hours and we come back at no charge.
Scope changes work the same way in reverse. If the site is worse than what you described on the form, we price the difference in writing and wait for you to approve it. No extra work happens before you say yes.
How pricing works
Square footage times a published rate, adjusted for property type, condition, and how fast you need it. Everything else is a named line: extra floors at $125 and add-ons at their own rates. Volume discounts come off the end and are capped at 15%.
Quotes hold for 14 days. There is no deposit. The invoice goes out after the work passes your walk-through, on net-14 terms, and carries a 1.5% monthly service charge past 30 days.
